Return & Refund Policy

At Welzone.in, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If something does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is in unused condition, with all tags, labels, accessories, and original packaging.

  • Clothing/Footwear must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or odors.

  • Electronics and accessories must include original box, cables, charger, and manuals.

Non-returnable items:
Innerwear, lingerie, personal hygiene items, used or damaged products, items missing parts, and clearance/sale items.

Once installed, replacement parts (batteries, display panels, back panels) are non-returnable.

• Returns will only be accepted after inspection and approval by our team.

• In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof.

2. Return Window

  • Customers must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • After 7 days, returns will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

You can request a return through any of the following:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/Video proof of damaged/incorrect product

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Return Pickup Process

  • Once approved, we will schedule a pickup via our courier partner.

  • Courier will attempt pickup 2–3 times.

  • If the customer is unavailable or fails to hand over the product, the return will be cancelled automatically.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the returned product.

5. Quality Check for Returns

The returned product will undergo quality inspection at our warehouse.

A return will be rejected if:

  • Product is used, damaged, or altered

  • Original packaging/accessories are missing

  • Serial numbers/tags are removed

Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer.

Refund Policy:

6.Refund Timeline

Refund will be issued only after the return passes quality check.

Refund time:

  • Online Payment Orders: 3–7 working days to original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: 3–7 working days to UPI / Bank Account

  • Refund will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must ensure correct bank details are provided to avoid delays.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Refund for Return-to-Sender (RTS)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer not reachable

  • Delivery attempt failed

Refund will be issued after deducting two-way shipping charges.

8. Exchange Policy

Exchange is available for:

  • Size issues (Clothing & Footwear)

Conditions:

  • Exchange depends on stock availability.

  • If the required size is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Customer may request a return after delivery (as per return policy).
