Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their orders before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but returns can be initiated as per our return policy.
2. Return Policy – 10 Days
Customers can request a return within 10 days from the delivery date. Conditions for return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
- The product should not be damaged or tampered with.
3. Refund Policy
a) Payment Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 working days after product inspection. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
b) Refund Amount
- Full purchase amount including delivery charges (if applicable) will be refunded.
- Transaction charges from banks or payment gateways will be borne by the customer.
4. Return & Refund Process

- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the product back using the assigned courier service.
- We will inspect the product within 72 hours after receiving it.
- The refund will be initiated within 5 working days and the amount will reflect within 7–10 working days.
5. Replacement / Exchange
Product exchanges are subject to availability. For exchange requests, please contact us at replacement@welzone.in.
6. Exceptions
- Undergarments or personal care products.
- Opened or used beauty products.
- Electronics with broken seals or opened packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
