- Metro Cities: 3-5 working days
- Other Cities: 5-7 working days
- Remote Locations: 7-10 working days
3. Shipping Charges
FREE Shipping on most prepaid orders.
Free shipping on orders above ₹1199.
- A nominal shipping fee will be charged for orders below ₹1199, based on the location and weight of the package.
4. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can track your shipment status on our courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.5. Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or logistical issues. We will notify you promptly in case of delays.6. Wrong Address / Not Reachable Policy
If the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the delivery attempt fails:
The courier will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is not reachable or fails to respond, the order will be automatically returned to our warehouse.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
