REPLACEMENT BATTERIES — 6 MONTHS WARRANTY

Warranty Period: 6 months from date of delivery

WHAT IS COVERED:
• Battery not holding charge under normal use
• Battery swelling or bloating
• Dead on Arrival (DOA) — battery not working at all
• Capacity dropping below 60% within warranty period

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
• Physical damage (bent, cracked, punctured)
• Water or liquid damage
• Damage from incorrect installation
• Use with non-compatible or low-quality chargers
• Batteries installed by unauthorized repair shops

Smart Watches: 3 months
Earphones & Earbuds: 3 months
Bluetooth Speakers: 3 months

WHAT IS COVERED:
• Product not working as described at time of purchase
• Manufacturing defects found during normal use
• Dead on Arrival (DOA)

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
• Physical or accidental damage
• Water or liquid damage
• Damage from misuse or incorrect usage
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) after delivery
• Damage from power surges or voltage fluctuations

REPLACEMENT PARTS — 30 DAYS WARRANTY
(Back Panels, LCD Frames, Screens, Housing)

Warranty Period: 30 days — Dead on Arrival (DOA) only

WHAT IS COVERED:
• Part damaged or broken during shipping
• Wrong part delivered for specified model
• Part not fitting the model mentioned in order

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
• Parts broken during installation
• Damage due to incorrect fitting or tools
• Cosmetic issues discovered after installation
• Compatibility issues if wrong model was selected by buyer

FASHION & CLOTHING

No warranty on clothing items. However, if you receive a wrong item, damaged product, or size different from what was ordered — we will replace it free of charge within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY — 4 SIMPLE STEPS

Step 1: Email us at support@welzone.in with:
→ Your Order ID
→ Clear photo or video of the defect

Step 2: Our team will verify your claim within 24–48 hours

Step 3: Approved claims — we will send a replacement product free of charge OR issue a full refund

Step 4: You may be asked to return the defective item — return shipping is paid by Welzone for all valid warranty claims
